High Threat Trauma Response

 kDelta's "High Threat Trauma Response" course is an 8 hour course based on the original "Until Help Arrives" course out of Northern Virginia. It covers hazards to first responders, anatomy, tourniquets, pressure dressings, wound packing, chest seals, equipment familiarization, positioning, and moves/carries for getting people out of harm's way. Skills are learned with hands on practice and then tested in scenarios with professional actors, where medical requirements are balanced with safety requirements. 

Scenarios encompass routine trauma incidents and integrate medical and emergency management skills.
